    Talking Infiniti/Nissan Factory Conversion

Hey guys, I finally got the PAC AUX Input from these guys and could start working on my project. Installing a PAC AUX input and a NTSC > RGB Converter and using a video ipod and modded xbox in the car.

I dont know if you guys have used these before but i'll take a shot.
I bought a converter and used the factory service manual for a guide and installed it per the instructions. It has a switch to switch between bypass (factory navi), or convert (ipod or xbox). When the switch to bypass, the navi screen is up and looks great, however when it is switched to convert I get the desired video output, but I have a scrolling black line. The video quality is great, excapt for the line. The image is stationary, and with correct colors.

I have notified the place I bought it and they shipped me another model that was modified for the nissan, but I get the same results.

The car is a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe w/ factory Navi
Video Sources tried, iPod Video & Modded XBOX

I can email converter instructions and the factory Infiniti service manual if anyone feels the need for either.

    Thanks
    Mark

Looks good. Any update on this? I'd love to get my M35 screen to display my computer/ipod/etc (rgb sources).

He hasn't been back to these forums since he posted this.
He either got it to work and is enjoying the results or it didn't work and he gave up.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
