Due to my budget constraint. I've decided to buy the 8" TM-868 over the 7" Dynamix. As the title sugguested I will try to fit the 8" TM-868 into my 2 Din slot of my Accord 2000. Have anyone tried this before? fitting an 8" into an Accord 1998-2002 model? Thanks.
every accord ive seen on here has a 7", but that doesn't mean it cannot be done. it would require a lot of work im sure, but you could definitely hack the dash trim piece to fit it in there. if you are really motivated, you could always relocate the a/c controls, but thats a whole different story..
If i do decide to continue the project, it would be my first car=pc project. I have never had any experience with bondo and frabrication work. I really want to make it look as clean and stock as possible... with that said, I do think my limited skills would able me to relocate ACs and etc.
