Problem with Epia M10000N and multiple screens

    First the specs:
The motherboard is, like the title says, an Epia M10000N, with an optical drive, HDD, and 256MB memory. It has a VGA-touchscreen attached via the VGA-port, and some nameless crappy-screens in two headrests via the S-video-port(and an adapter to change it to RCA for the monitors[the RCA-output was on S/PDIF])

THE PROBLEM, is that the computer finds the two headrest units only from time to time. And when it doesn't, the TV option(for the second screen[s]) in the display setting has a red X on it, so you cant choose it(and thus cant get an image to the screens).
I've tried some different BIOS-settings for the screens, and still it does that sometimes. Randomly. Weird.

Well if anyone has similar experiences, or any other good advices, I'd gladly hear them !

    Thanks in advance !
