Bump.. can somebody help me please. I don't know what else to try.
I am able to link up xenarc 700TSV. Touch screen via USB is working. However, I just cannot 'Add' the controller in the Touchkit software. When I click on the 'Add' button, it says 'No More Controller'.
I could see the 'USB Touchscreen COntroller (Universal) in the Device Manager.
I tried to install the software directly via the given CD. I also tried to install via 'start' 'run' (as advised in one of the treads).
I also tried with the USB plugged in before installing and plug in only after installation. All ways, I cannot activate the Active PAnel (to calibrate the touchscreen).
I have gone thru the FAQ Emporium. Cannot find anymore to try.
My Xenarc is new from mp3car. OS is Windows XP SP 2, using a Fujitsu laptop P7010. Screen image on the Xenarc is perfect.
Can anybody help me please?

bump... somebody help.
I did a full Acronis (similar to Norton Ghost) reset and reinstall the Xenarc software via START / RUN, but is did not make any difference. I still could not "Add" the touchkit controller.
Sorry to bring old post backup... I have the same problem. no idea how to solve this, i know the touchscreen works, but its all messed up, and when i use the tool, i try to press the X but it makes funky sound from computer and thats it. it dont do anythig.
If you are using XP, I know you can into the device manager and open up the device in question, then go to the driver tab and "Update Driver", then point to the Xenarc driver and that should replace the driver with teh Xenarc one.
I did that. It didn't work. Is there any possibility my driver Cd is the wrong one..... considering that the current Xenarc 700TSV is the new 5-wire version instead of the 4-wire? I may be wrong in making this assumption (or 5-wire or 4-wire thingy)
I had the exact same problem. Downloaded new drivers from:
http://www.xenarc.com/download.html
Worked just fine after that. But now I've got those green pixels and terrible display quality. I've searched for a real explanation, haven't found one yet. I'll let you all know if Xenarc replies.
I downloaded the driver as advised by "Angry-Swede".
Touchscreen and calibration works fine now.
Thanks for all your help
