Hey guys,
I am a noob but this is beyond a noob question...
I have the 10.4 xenarc touch screen connected to the carputer i just built.
I booted up for the first time and everything went ok, except my slot load wouldnt load CDs.
I opend up the cast and fiddled around, closed her up, but when i turn it on now, the MONITOR WONT read an input signal. It says no signal input, with no other messages...
It flashes no input for a few secs and then goes into standby. To test, i put my desktops monitor on the carputer, and still no signal.
Without a monitor i cant go into the bios or anything...
PLEASE HELP!!

Please share how you solved it so that the next newbie who's got the same problem knows how to deal with it.

Well it was a foolish mistake in itself...
When i messed around with the CD drive (which i still havent gotten to work), i had the IDE ribbon going to my hard drive on with the split power at pin 1 instead of the ribbon power...
I corrected the IDE setting and now everything is dandy except that the slot load drive wont take cds!
