lilliputs are quite bad i think, mine is anyway. main problem is the touchscreen rather than the brightness. i think touchscreen removes alot of the vibrancy of the picture.
I got my Lilliput 10.4 today, and the picture is very clear and sharp in 800x600. But it seems dimmer than I was expecting. I have a cheap Hami 8" LCD without touchscreen, and it's a lot brighter. Is this to be expected? The Lillput is rated to 350 cd/m2 while the Hami is rated less, at 250.

OK, thanks! That's what I was hoping. I'm gonna use some comparable screens (in brightness numbers at least) for DVD movies in the back seat, but without the touchscreen.
