Geez I'm ****ed! First I orderd the Dynamix 806 on the 28th of April, because it stated on their website that it was in stock and it would ship the same day. So I get an email the next day stating that it was indeed out of stock and that it would be shipped within a week. So, two weeks roll by, no monitor.
So I give them a call. Stephanie tells me that it wont be in for another week. I ask for specific dates this time, she tells me it wont be in for another 9 days! So in an attempt to satisify me, she tells me that I will be upgraded to two day shipping at no charge, getting my monitor here on the 25th of May! So what day is it? I recieved an email stating that was shipped. At first I was happy until I realized that it was shipped Fedex ground! Wont be getting here until the 31st now.
So Im ****ed. I give them a call to tell them that I am very dissapointed in their customer service. She asks me if I would like to recieve a refund. I say no, I have been waiting for this monitor for over a month. I ask her to refund the difference between the mp3car websites price and the dynamix website price. 260 vs 319. She asks her supervisor, and no dice. ARRrrgggg
I end up getting a 15.00 refund thru paypal. For the difference betweeen the shipping. I wanted to buy through mp3car anyhow, but it wasnt in stock that day, and now im ****ed because I paid more for the exact same monitor through a competitor. I may just ask for a refund when I get the damn thing and reorder through mp3car anyway!
Oh and one more thing, she told me that the reason that I couldnt get the 60 .00 difference is because the monitors are different. I argued that they were not, they were the exact same monitor, just that theirs has a sticker on it. And she said that theirs has different specs. I know this isnt true, but I cant help but feel like dynamix computers wont stop lyieing to thier customers.
So in short, save yourself some hassle, and order from mp3car.com. I know I will from now on.
