Lilliput inside dimensions. Yes i've searched

I'm looking for the dimensions of the 7'' vieable screen itself not including the metal border. I'm going to dremel this weekend before the screen arrives and would like to get the exact measurements if anyone has it. And yes I've searched and only dimensions actually posted here are the whole lcd unit including the metal border

This is what I just recently measured of my 629

The width of these don't add up because of rounding of my measurements to the nearest mm.

active area + left padding + right padding = lcd width

152 + 8 + 6 = 165
166 != 165

Lilliput LCD dimensions:
------------------------
165mm wide
106mm high
10mm deep (9mm lcd, 1mm touchscreen)

Active area
-----------
152mm wide
91mm high

padding
-------
left 8mm
right 6mm
top 7mm
bottom 8mm

peoples you obviously didn't actually read my question, because I've seen that post and that is not what I asked.

wicker , thanks for your constructive reply. If I'm around Myrtle Beach I'll remember to order you a beer. I got the same length as you, but by pythagorian's theorum the height should be 96mm to make it a 7'' screen. Length is same as what I calculated. This is why I wanted to confirm, and since I'm on a very tight time schedual I need to fabricate early.
