I don't care about the improper use of the languge, I care about the shortening of words like a highschooler on AIM for the first time.

It's highly unprofessional.

I don't care who the email is from....what country, or what continent. It's not something that should be considered OK.

I'm not the one who brought race into this one, just keep that in mind.

Your problem here is that nothing there is even remotely funny. The fact is that the author of the e-mail is from another country, who probably never learnt the English language. The only way he knows HOW to spell is probably from AIM or MSN.

It just shows an overall lack of understanding for the difficulty for foreigners to communicate in English. Is it professional, well, perhaps for a person who can't even be considered to have English as a second language, it is the best he can do.

I still fail to see what is sooo funny about the e-mail. Unprofessional, perhaps, but funny?????

You don't think it's funny that culture has stooped to the level that people don't even know how to spell words as simple as You, Your, Please, Regards...but they know how to spell Introduced, Agency, Inquiry?

I find it funny that someone would try and pass that off as OK and try to conduct business like that, no matter what nationality.

Absolutely.

You are entitled to find it "funny". Enjoy the laugh.

If I were you I would stay away from the product, cause certainly the fact that the person can spell big hard words but not the small or easy ones means that they are unprofessional.

I see nothing funny or unprofessional about it. All I see if some poor grammer and spelling, something I would expect from a foreigner.

Since I didn't see the info anywhere, I pinged Armen about the TS that it uses. It is using the EGalax unit just like the Lillis and Xenarcs (and I imagine others).

He also confirmed (no surprise) that the physical controls only work on the unit itself and are not accesible to a connected PC.
