It sounds like a simple power problem. It isn't there. You are just splitting the cable 3 ways? Or vga out of mobo to touchscreen and rca out of mobo and then split the rca to both headrests?

Either way, my first suggestion is that you try an amplified video splitter. That way you aren't just splicing wires, your keeping the power the same but making 2 cables.

I assume you have the right drivers for everything. if your xbox works and 1 video out doesn't, sounds to me like the problem is either carptuer hardware/software related. I'm not familiar with your mobo, but these are things I haev to do on mine:

check all your bios settings to ensure video out is configured. it may be off
check any jumpers on the mobo that might enable/disable video out
ensure that the dual output settings of your display settings are set to clone

other than that I'm not sure what else can be wrong, it may be a faulty board.

Looks like the Epia can't have both VGA & RCA at the same time.

The VIA SP 13000 supports both VGA and RCA out at the same time. Make sure that your pins are set correctly. if you are running three RCA-fed screens off of one output on your motherboard, you are going to need a video amplifier, trust me. There is not enough signal power to drive all three. There should be documentation that came with your Via Mobo that explains how to enable video out. or you could the Mobo and find the PDF file that way. But it is not hard to check the pin settings to enable video out. Mine did not come factory set to do video out. Good luck.

I don't know about pin jumpering to get different video. On my older M10k, it is part of the BIOS. You cna choose between CRT, LCD, and TV and any combination of the three. That's how you enable the different ports to function. I do indeed agree with the video amplifier though, you need one. You can get them relatively cheap, especially on eBay!

I disagree with all the posts im sorry. After a huge malifunction tonight I re looked checked every jumper on the motherboard the on on the LVDS I think was broken, I replaced this and farted twice and burped , then usure on what the outcome was ,

    1. Powered up to windows.
    2. Set it from CRT - LCD to CRT and PAL boom worked was black and white so I set to NTSC
    3. Realising now it wasnt saving my settings i tryed it in the bios

For some reason now its working flawlessly with no amps ect. I guess this posted helped me and i beg others with problems to check the jumper on lvds to make sure its correct , unsure on what this jumper does but it did the trick but im not 100% because I was tweeking alot of things at one time, Carput is now at 90% waiting for my 100 gig to come back from RMA. Ill show of my project soon , Im very impressed with my work, many thanks to all that have helped, and answering my questions.
