I do not know if this is the right place to post, but I have a Xenarc 7" screen that I would like to hook up to a DVD player. Would I have to remove the VGA cable? Is it possible to hook the screen to a DVD player? Thank you for your help.

Does it have video in connections? If so use those. If not, you should be able to find a VGA to composite converter.

What about an inverse PSOne LCD hack? It can go from composite to VGA, so why not VGA to composite?

Can't do that cuz the PSOne do VGA (RGB) natively. The hack we did is just simply connect correct VGA pin to PSOne pin and lower refresh rate.
