Maybe use this?
Ok this may or may not confuse you but here goes.
Right now my video is configured like this
My video card VGA is split, one going to my trunk LCD and one going to my main touch screen in front.
Next
My S-video out goes to my video amp which powers 4 other LCDs (2 Headrest and 2 visors)
My questions
I wanted to add one more screen, not sure where, not sure when(possibly the front console under my regular touchscreen. But I want this screen to be able to display a single image of my choosing all the time when the car is on.
1. I don't want to have it hooked up to the computer and use an extended desktop, I just need that ONE screen to display the image.
2. I really don't want to use another PC just to display the image.
3. I will be adding a playstation2 to the car and if i'm not mistaken since it does play DVD's wouldn't there be a way to burn an image to the DVD and have it display a fullscreen version of the image on the DVD? (Or CD)
Again, i'm not certain if i'm doing this but its just an idea i'm tossing out in the open for suggestions and possible ways to do it.
Any suggestions or ideas are welcome.
Thanks!!

Actually something like that should work just fine for displaying static images, just like he wants. Even a really cheap digital camera, that you could use to capture an image on the go, and then switch over to preview mode and it comes up on the TV. I think rob hit it on the head though. The only thing I would notice is that it would be regular composite probably. So if you needed a fine quality image, then it might distort it a bit. If you go this route, you won't need to spend extra on VGA monitor. Also the PS2 will not benefit from a VGA resolution, so might as well stick with this sort of set up.Originally Posted by robtrevino

=) I used this to make a digital picture frame with an old LCD monitor I had.
Wow. That is PERFECT rob. THANK YOU! Now I can go ahead with my project!
Thanks for the input toaster. I didn't even think of that!
