This is the aluminum cased one, correct? I just got one from Ebay, so I can get more pics if needed, although I won't be opening it up....I'm not quite to that talent level yet.
Thinking of buying this screen but cant find any reviews nor pictures of the screen, other then the 1 stock picture. Called up dynamix, customer service is great i must say. I asked for the picture of the monitor showing the outputs and i got it within few minutes. So here is the pic for those of you interested in buying this screen.

(i always wondered why the provision blastic name plate looked super glued on.) here is a good review on the one i have
Hardware Review: Provision 8" 16:9 VGA Touchscreen
like he said in the review only problem is no auto on when it sees power. but hopefully someone can make something to change that for it.
oh but the screen is brighter then others i have seen
(sorry for any miss spelling or grammer im at work and well this isent really work now is it)
oh peoples....nice little thing about levitra. my friend found his dads supply and we broke a pill in half and took it while drinking and then went downtown. i had to tuck it up under my belt for the longest time i was affriad it wouldnt go down.
edited out the no vga thing. and the auto on from power should be very easy to make something for. just a relay should fix it.
Man that bites the big one. I just got one of these from the US (arrived today) and I was planning to mount it with the buttons not visible so this will really screw me over.Originally Posted by FelonyJake
Well I just went and tried my Dynamix 816 briefly in my car. Perhaps there are some slight differences to the one used in the review above. Although they both look the same my Dynamix auto powers on and also automatically switches to VGA as well. Phew.Originally Posted by FelonyJake
Also my Dynamix didnt come with a remote (not that I really care).
i wonder if i can contact dynamix and just get the circut board for the power on off. becuase that might fix my problem.
sorry about my first post ill edit that... i guess after setting it to vga after the first turn on its been that way ever sinces then. i havent installed this yet. so thats why i thought it would always start on video 1. but it doesnt.
just doesnt do an auto on from when it gets power
