First, bumping your thread after a mere hour is pointless. Allow some time for users to log in and see your issue and possibly provide some assistance.

Second, you've given hadly any information about the screen or how it's powered or anything else, only that you want it to automatically come on. I could be equally as vague and say "use a relay", but I know that's not going to help you one iota.
Provide the people who may be able to help with information, and they may actually provide assistance.

Third, your last post makes no sense. How do you intend to "use a cap" on the screen?
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

a cap across the switch should pull it down & simulate a button press, yes it should work just like the lillis, in theory.... try it... nothing to loose, it won't hurt it...

First, you STILL have not told us what screen you are using. Is it a lilli, a xenarc,/gain, piece of ****, nothing.

Next, someone advised you to try the lilliput mod. FOLLOW THE LILLI MOD. No need to ask another question about if it will work, NO ONE HERE KNOWS, since we have no idea what you are talking about.
You thought all you needed was a cap. You were told to follow the lilli mod, so follow the lilli mod, what ever it says to use, caps, resisters, bubblegum, whatever, just use it.
