Looking for a small monitor for home use, cheapest thing possible.

I am looking to put a computer under my stereo in the living room and run a front end on it. I would love to find a simple small, 5-7" monitor that I could put on top of the audio stand just to be able to play mp3s. It would not have to be TS, just something I can use with a pc with relative ease. Cheapest thing possible! Under $80 would be great. Any ideas?

The PSOne screen is 5" I believe.

If you are going cheap, then 15" monitors are cheaper than 7" monitors at the moment. Crazy huh?!

CompUSA has a 15" on sale for $129 after rebates right now. If you need something smaller, then the PSOne screen is not a bad option. It's SUPER bright...sunlight readable, and has built in brightness and volume controls.
Downside is that it's not VGA...but any text at or above 18pt or so is very legible.

I was out and about last night, and I came across this thing at best buy. It HAD to be mispriced at $9.99, but I jumped on it.

I know its not the same thing as the PSOne screen, but I had to give it a shot for the $$. Does anyone think it will work as a monitor, I'd have to get some kind of adapter though, the screen it self plugs into the base - the screen has a 5 pin male circular plug, orientated like this

    OO
    OOO
    OO

the base has a cord that plugs into it, one end is a typical playstation 2 audio/video plug. The other, a 3mm mini-jack. Anyone know an adapter that will allow me to plug this into a PC?
