    multiple resolution changes on startup

I got a xenarc 700tsv screen and it jumps from 1024x768 when it starts up then back to 800x600 when it gets into windows. I wouldnt mind so much except that it displays it on the screen and looks really dumb. Anyway to stop the resolution swap or to make it so my xenarc dosnt display it?

Maybe it's because we want to watch you bump your thread every day.
It could be worse. We could delete your threads.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

I don't know why you think people are intentionally ignoring your posts; It may just be they don't know the answer. There are many, many smart people on this forum, but sometimes, even they may not be able to help. These people may be able to help.
    Yeah google!

the only way i can see around this is to hack into the inverter power feed and switch it with relay that is triggered when the PC is in windows, then you wont see the screen as the backlight will be off - you could also do this with a timer if your PC consistantly takes about the same time to get booted up into windows. the opther option maybe that your logon screen is using 1024 res so it is outputting 1025 breifly then 800.
