Smart question regarding headrest monitors

Hello everyone !

Recently I got two 9 inches headrest monitors (Innovatek). Everything is fine except one small thing - they does not have auto turn on function on power on. I tried to find some schematic for these screens but it is very difficult.
If I need to turn on monitors I have always to press POWER button on remote or on the monitors. Power Button - is the regular two pin switch with no lock in "pressed" position. Maybe some one can advise me the source for some schematic of the simple device which will provide me with a short pulse (to activate a monitor) after I turn on my ignition switch (monitor receives 12v power at that moment). I thingk it should be some smart component (chip) which will shortly (0.5sec max ) connect together his two pins on power on. Than I can solder it the monitor's POWER button and have an automatic TURN ON function for both monitors on IGNITION ON.

The monitor I have remembers the power button state even when power's off, so if the monitor was on and you cut power to it, when the power comes back on the monitor automatically turns on again. If yours are like this then all you need to do is wire the power into a relay connected to the ignition and it will work. But it seems like it would be better to have them turn on when a video signal is sent to them, which makes it more complicated.

There are some interesting schematics there for what I want BUT they are based on relays. I would like to find something on chip or transistor (because of the not enoufgh space inside the monitors.
