I have a Panasonic CQ-VD7001U and I want to hook up my new carputer to the headunit. I now know that I can not use the touch screen feature of my headunit for my carputer but how can I use the monitor for my carputer? I have a small mouse and keyboard that I can use instead of the touch screen but I can't even get my headunit to work with the carputer. I tried a video cable and that didn't work and I do not have S video outputs on my head unit all I have are the RCA style. Please help!

    A) The text will look fuzzy on the screen
    B) Resolution will be low
    C) You need an input to your HU, not an output.
    D) If your computer video card does not output the right signal (probably a composite video RCA), you can get a scan converter or replace the video card.

Hunnicuttz: Warning, if you follow this path, you will be able to see a fuzzy, unsatisfying image of your desktop on the screen. You will not be able to control it via the touchscreen.
