    Thumbs up Guino's Transflective Upgrade

I think the pictures will speak for themselves (Before and After):

Still, there are a few things I would like to point out...

The Pictures are taken with very similar conditions: Same Place, Same Angle of Shot and Sunshine out. If anything, the "before" picture (Top) was taken with a little less sun (later in the day). You can see how bright and clear the transflective screen is. Plus, all the glare and the reflection that was ther before is mostly gone on the second/after image. Believe me, I had a hard time seeing things in the screen when the sun was shining on it. I would guess that it would work well even in a convertible since (in those shots) the sun is actually coming sideways from the front windshield (so my tinted windows don't affect it at all).

I never really thought we'd have this kind of thing available anytime soon. Had I seen one of those personally I would definitely had saved up for one -- now that I've seen it, I definitely recommend it... hell, I'll tell you this screen is nicer than the OEM navigation that came with the car... even the sun glasses are back in business now.

Also, while at it I really believe that for those with the liliput screen, just replacing the TouchScreen panel by itself would really help out a lot.. I guess those with the Xenarc would have to buy a 4-wire controler+cable+touchpanel kit if anything, but I don't know if they'll ever make it available or if there's much of an interest in it.. of course you won't have as bright of a screen, but the anti-glare on the touchpanel is already something.

I'm def. open to answer any questions on it.

One more time I would like to thank everyone that piched in the fund to replace my old (broken) screen and specially mp3car.com for both a great product and the help on obtaining it.
