Newbie: LCD minimal to work XBOX

Hi, I am very new to the car audio/video thing. Someone has given me several PII laptops, none have batteries. I would like to set one up for my XBOX360 in my van. Can some one point me in the direction of some instructions. I have searched but everything I find seems to do with lilliput or mobile pc. Any help would be great. I would also like to know if it is possible to use one for a backup camera?

first question is, do the laptops actually work? you should be able to get a power brick to see if they'll power up

if they do, then as a backup camera would be much easier than as an xbox360, add a webcam, there u go

for the xbox 360 idea, you'd need one of 2 things..
1.) a way to get the video into the laptop (usb adapter/tv adapter for pcmcia (if there are any)), and being a pII, i highly DOUBT it would run well (if at all)

2.) find a controller for the screen (that basically you take the screen out, plug it into this controller) then get a vga adapter for the 360, then it should work

dont ask me if i can find a controller for you, 'cause well, i cant, dont even know what screens you have anyway
