Lilliput 619 + Intel 855 800x480 Timings!

Hello All!

This thread is meant to address and hopefully finalize the proper timings to use with the 7" lilliput 619 LCD and Intel 855 family video chipset.

Please visit Intel 865 custom drivers for the information on how to get this chipset working at 800x480 resolution in the first place.

Here are the registry timings i have on my lilliput right now. They are not perfect, but they are functional and stable. I am really looking for the proper timings so that my fonts clear up considerably.

Does anyone else use this combo that can tell of there experiences?

I tried using this site to calculate timings for 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768. I was not successfull, as all were out of range for the LCD. I will revert my drivers later today and use powerstrip to measure timings in workig scenarios and try to get multiple working settings posted.

I am hoping that somebody more knowledgable will drop in with some pointers on some of the more obscure vga timings like front porch, back porch, H/V sync and H/V blank..

Check back for my post tonight for results from powerstrip.

Here are the results from today.

I am very confident these are good timinf for the three resolutions used. For some reason, 800x480 is not available in the control panel, but the other two are and work fine. 800x480 is only available if it is the only custom res in the registry. Would anyone have some advise? Please see the reg file below.
