Where did you get it (touchscreen)? I tried a couple of online stores and they don't have it in stock? Does the touchscreen and non touchscreen monitor look identical?

Oh, sorry. Would you have a recommendation for a mobile PC? I was looking at the xenarc monitors but don't really know of a PC that would be small enough to fit in my car. The other thing is, should i be concerned about heat? Would i need to get some type of fan for the PC? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially from anyone who has done this already.

Duffy, I use xenarc's mini pc in my car. So far it has not overheated yet. I think it should be okey. Check out

No, I don't have pictures yet.

I got them at the SID show about two months ago.

The mini PC takes 12volt DC. A local stereo shop did the installation.

Another question for ya Blitz, what was the method of connecting the touch screen to a PC, serial?

I noticed NONE of the specs list what type of interface is used for the screen to the PC.

Whaleboy, the touch screen is connected to the PC via Serial port.
