Does anyone have the Pioneer DVH-P7000 CD/MP3/DVD player?

if you do, could you please tell me if it shows an on-screen display while playing CDs and MP3s (on the LCD not the player display)

I havent gotten my hands on one yet, but from experience with the P7300...

For a $950 MSRP it should, but I have the P7300 and when you put in a CD in the DVD drive, it just shows a blank blue screen. Radio and CD Changer show a sweet screen though that has all sorts of builtin backgrounds to choose from.

You can make a CD/VCD though and display whatever you want with Adaptec Easy CD thingy. I made a slide show VCD that displays the Album Cover for each song.

You sure that it plays MP3s? I didnt think it did...but I havent seen it yet.

The pioneer website says it does =D Thanks for the info.
Does anyone else have this player?

edit: I take that back, it says CDR compatible. Please tell me that means mp3s!

I didnt think it did...CDR just means you can play burned/copied cd's on it. Heh...if you know how to burn them correctly, then you can play them on and CD player though. MP3 is a whole nother issue though. There are a few receivers out there that do play them, but that one doesnt.
