The white clip acts as a wedge that holds the connection in place. You need to get a new connector of the same type and use that clip. Try Digikey or Farnell
while messing around with disassembled 7" lilliput, i accidentally broke off the white clip that holds the video signal cable.the clip is attached to a piece of smaller board that's screwed onto the back of the LCD. i can't seem to get a good connection by simply taping it, does anyone have any suggestions or possible ways of replacing that tiny little clip?

the actual white clip is not broken, it's the black piece on the bottom that's missing a microscopic pieceI looked at the two sites but have no idea what part number i'm looking for, can anyone give me a hand on finding the exact part number?
thank you sooooo much
found the following: Need replacement connector for Lilliput
but it seemed like noe one there knew the correct part number that would work. ..
When my connector broke, I just removed the plastic case and used a couple zip-ties to hold it in place.
