How are you mounting this in the car?
I just took apart my 8" lilli to install the screen in the dash. I decided to re-do the wiring for vga to skip original connector. For those who need some help with this model (actually there's no model number on it - all it says is 8" VGA & MONITOR on the sticker) I include few photos with quick layout for solder points. I also included quick mod for auto power on, with this mod, I was able to skip front panel buttons, just unplug it from main board.
If you need any help with this model, feel free to ask a question in this thread.

Hi, I will do the same connection of this post but I have a trouble: where have I to connect the ground?? (i can see something in the 3rd picture but i don't understend ). And do you know how have I to connect the usb wire (in wich order ) ????
Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad English
the ground wires are all together soldered to large copper area (first you'll have to scratch off green paint from it). USB circuit is completely separate from monitor board, so you wire it separately, second photo, top right corner of the board. You'll see black and red wires that are usb signals, and power.

Hi, first of all thanks for the big help. I have other questions:
-why if in the scheme of the first picture the v.sync is linked to the 3rd element from the left you have knited it at the 4rd element???what have I to do???
-do you know the order of the usb cables : I have the same scheme that is visible in your picture, whit the pin number of all the lilliput conector.
Thanks a lot Marco
3rd and 4th pins are jumped on the board, solder to any of them.
usb is separate circuit, and has nothing to do with main screen board.
take a look at 2nd pic, right top corner is usb module. You'll have to figure out the wires yourself since that circuit varies in production series.
