    Finally got screen - TVtool question/start PAL not NTSC?!

    Finally got my screen I'm so happy and it works !!!!
    But 2 little questions:
    - How to force Geforce 2MX ( Elsa Gladiac 511 TV) to start in PAL and not NTSC ?
    - TVtool 5.5 refuses to start via stratup (Autostart) group - It says - could not start as system service ?

    Any idea how i could solve this problems ?

    adding TVTool to the "startup: folder should work fine... for your PAL/NTSC issues its all covered on the website.... ( http://tvtool.info/ )

    but here is my cmd line to help ya


    tvtool /640 /tv /pal /close

    this will start tvtool in 640X480, TV mode, PAL output and the close option means TVtool quits straight away and doesnt popup its menu system....

    also I found that the /PAL /NTSC parameter didnt always work, so.... install NVidia detinator drivers and then use the config utility to setup your dual screen properties. You will want the "Clone" option, then set your second screen (TV) to the PAL/NTSC mode u want....

    make sense?

    Thanks for replying,

    I use winxp (see sig), TVtool 5.5 on Startupfolder. and the prob is the following:
    Some times TVTool starts great some times it bugs me with the message. a manual new start of tvtool and all is ok . TVTool also doesn't linke to be started of IRAssistant I think - always an error
    And restarting it with mouse function of remote is a bit risky on da road

    NTSC Problem is only on Boot - When windows starts it switches to PAL - don't know why
