    working out pinouts

i just got a lot of 7" screens off ebay cheap, however they came with no adapter cables. From the looks of things they accept a composite input but i cant find any pinouts or information about them online.

The board on the screens says hs-vha702d-main , sam-0346-03 and jo1363, the controller on it appears to be a winbond w78e54bp. Any information about how to figure the wiring for them would be greatly appreciated .

    Adapters for what? Power?

There's no adapter needed for composite video. You plug in a composite video source and away you go....
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

no the cable on the screen at the minute is an 8 pin yoke. It looks like a tiny ide connector. power and video are contained in it but its supposed to break out into proper connections with the adapter lead for the screens which i didnt get

Im having a hard time picturing in my mind what you are talking about. If you still need help with this......do you think you could post a photo of the screen and cable, or plug, or whatever youre talking about?
