Lilliput HE 701-np Touch Feature not detected in OSX

It just came in the mail today. The OS doesnt seem to detect the usb cable. I tried it on my pc and detected it right away. I installed the drivers just like the manual says and upon reboot i enter the config utility and its not listed under devices. Any help is appreciated. thanks

I had a similar problem with my TM-868 8" touchscreen monitor, so went here http://www.eeti.com.tw/web20/eg/drivers.htm

They worked perfectly for mine
