Click andDrag Functions on Touch Screens...

Does the Xenarc 700TSV and/or the Dynamix 8.4" 816 have the ability to click and drag.

For instance. If I want to adjust volume in itunes could I press and hold on the volume nub and slide it to the desired position or if i want to scroll through a list press and hold on the slider to move the list. Instead of having to press the up or down arrows a ton of times.

Just curious if anyone can confirm this.
