Linpus Quick OS - this one i can't find anywhere it seems like its only made for acer one netbooks, but it looks nice and have really fast booting. I tried the old linpus version, it was niec and fast, but the touchscreen driver didn't work so well. The new one looks much more polished, but not publicly available.
Moblin - just downloaded, not sure if it'll work on non-atom processor.

Moblin should work as long as the CPU supports SSSE3. I honestly doubt the p4 supports it, but who knows. Alternatively, you can try ubuntu moblin remix which has better hardware support.

most of these seems to lag incredibly, seems like a driver issue.
