PyCar Linux distro TS check( EPIA-M )

Firstly sorry for crossposting. But I need help from *nix lovers.

I wanted to ask if anyone with Lilli/Xenarc can check out my PyCar distro.
I was told that TS driver I installed in the distro does not correctly represent X or Y axis. Can anyone confim please ?
Distro here: http://indashpc.org/downloads/software/pycar-1.3.iso ( 10MB )
Burn it to a CD, boot from it and after it is loaded type: /etc/init.d/rc.pycar
Try to calibrate the screen by going Settings->General->Calibrate input

It'll work on EPIA-M only...

Hi there
just tried it out, looks really good.
But indeed it seems to be impossible to calibrate the lilli.
Click in left upper corner works somehow, not sure if this must be like this, then it switches to "Click in right upper corner" and it does not care where i touch.

Try out left lower corner for right upper and vise versa. Right lower corner should be fine though.

your guide seems to work.
means the driver is buggy?
keep on that project looks quite interesting and busybox seems to be the right way.

It means that my monitor is somewhat different from Lilli and Xenarc even though they use the same Egalax TS. Can you see which vid/pid your TS controller has ?

I don't know about yours, but mine and I believe most touchscreen controllers are calibrated, but the calibration is then stored on the controller firmware. Boot something with Windows and the TS software, calibrate it, and go back to Linux.

I calibrate mine in PyCar only. No windows.

Oki, thanks. Not sure how to distinguish between yours and mine. Mine is working fine with the settings. Let me post the new version with X and Y flipped.
