I've finally updated the silverwolf skeleton and source on the site (to v1.2.0.3). You should be able to download it now. Enjoy...

I have this error when making

It appears you haven't installed the aRts development files. If you're using gentoo, I believe it's part of the kde-base package. For SuSE, you need the arts-devel package.
