    Neurosis OSD Linux Media Recorder Beta

    Anyone seen this?

    Could be promising. Especially if you fancy yourself a coder. I like the 0 moving parts aspect, so boot times should be near instant. May be just the thing once all of the features are in the firmware. Would be nice to be able to run external apps, like GPS.

    Man, if that had VGA output...

    I know it's a home a/v box, but still.

    Looks pretty sweet.
