Wish I knew Linux, from what I have seen ICE is good stuff.
Give me more time to be exposed (IT student) to it, and I may be able to break free from the dark side.
I will stay updated though, thanks!
Might have to give this a try... =)
I hope this distro will boot after install restart. The last distro would not get to the login or desktop after installation...Hangs in the middle of the kernal. Hope also that the splash screen is enabled by default like other linux distros are!!!!
Did you try to reinstall it? Did you see if ubuntu works on your system (LinuxICE is ubuntu after all and many of the same issues apply). Have you tried making your own splash? Finally, did you see the LinuxICE official supported hardware list:

Also remember:
The success of an open source project hinges on the ability of their communities to contribute work and to 'put their money where their mouth is'. There is no such thing as a free Open Source project. You pay for it with your contributions, your loyalty and with your undying resolve to make it succeed. Complaining helps a little. More appreciated is a problem accompanied with the right solution.“Work will win when wishy washy wishing won t.”
