I guess by the lack of replies no one knows or its not possible.
I'm seriously considering changing my current in car operating system from Windows XP to Linux Ice.
My only real concern is my motherboard. Its a Mini ITX board, this board has a clever sound card, which allows me to change one of the inputs to a second output, so in other words, changing it from a 2 channel to a 4 channel.
Would it still be possible to do that using Linux ?
I guess by the lack of replies no one knows or its not possible.
This would be something you need to check with alsa/pulse audio as linuxice doesn't have anything to do with switching those inputs/outputs.
try the default vistique skin to be sure. how many mp3's are you scanning? are your files in the correct directory as specified in /etc/nghost/nghost.conf?
yup. using vistique now. worked the first time and listed all mp3s. next reboot, they all disappeared. couple more reboots, nothing. third reboot, they appear again.
sunil, could you start your own thread please ?
sorry. This was indeed an error in my posting.
