Thread: LinuxICE finicky on reading mp3 files

I have BlackSea skin. Sometimes i see the files listed sometimes i don't. When i do see them and select a file, the selections truncates down to a single different file and it plays. Now i cannot go back to the original list.
I have tried:
1. Modification of apps.xml in the skin folder.
2. Modification of video and music libraries in the skin folder.
3. Deleted the only file under /.nGhost and rebooted.
4. multiple subfolders in Music folder.
5. Modified nGhost.conf
6. Changing skins.
7. Ran nscan and nGhost in terminal a zillion times.
8. Pulled my hair and got an earful from wife.
What else can i do other than reinstall?
