M2-ATX not sending on signal to MB

I recently upgraded my motherboard and I went to turn it on but nothing happened. I connect all the wires right and I used a key to jump the power button jumpers on the mb and it all turned on just fine any ideas why?

if you connected all your wires right, then it must be a bad power supply. i am going to bet the wiring is not right though. i would try flipping the motherboard power switch header wire around, there is only one pin that the m2 grounds out.

tried that. Sadly I thought it would be the power supply. Thanks for the input.
