pin 4 does nothing lol. for me I just use p1* with pin 1 in on position and rest in off. Make sure you hook the power switch right to the motherboard and PSU though.
Here is what is in the manual provided with the m4-atx power supply:
This is more confusing than helpful, what position is dip pin 4 supposed to be in?
When i have dip pin 1 on and the rest off it doesn't turn on, but when i have dip switches 1 and 2 down it turns on but doesn't turn off.
Can someone tell me what it needs to be set at to make the computer turn on with my car and shutdown when i turn it off?

oops I meant p1. I didn't look that there was a P0.
the second column is where it shuts the power going to everything. For example if your computer didn't shutdown properly then all your devices would still be on. The second column is also how long it gives the other devices power, so if it is never then all the other devices would remain having power.
atleast that is my understanding because when I have it set to p1 it shutsdown the computer and then a min later shutsdown all the devices. If the computer was not shutdown it will cut its power when it cuts the devices power.
Alright thanks for your time man, Rep Added![]()

np. The PSU confused me for a little while mostly because of pin 4.
