@VmtSquad - I was reading your second post in this thread and noticed you set up an empty USB filter on your VB setting. I'm not positive, but this may be what is giving you problems reconnecting your USB devices after startup. Try creating a USB filter specific to your Navibe. I don't have my GPS hooked up so the list is not complete.
I hope this helps with your USB reconnect issues.
Just wondering why it seems that everyone is using xp. With win7 out i figured people would be all over it. Is it because you all have xp already and dont want to buy 7? Thanks for any input im almost finished with the purchasing stage and going to be starting install soon.
Damn almost three years and im still a newbie, guess you can tell im a long time lurker.
Hmm, for me it's two things: Windows 7 has got to be here a little longer before I personally jump to it. Maybe after a few updates and service packs...
Secondly, I already have XP. As long as GMPC works for XP, I'm good for now.
I speak for me. If it works, it works.
Windows XP is stable and it works perfectly with my iGuidance setup. It's also an OS stripped to the bone, I'm not using any of the features from the XP except iGuidance.
