Watch out at the apple store, because 'looking at' will soon become 'walking out with'
How about putting Sherlock on the main screen as well? Think about cruising through a WiFi hot-spot, and using Sherlock to catch the movie times, or check if the flight of the person you have to pick up at the airport is on time, then something like a link on the address to go to your GPS and give you diresctions there. I don't know how difficult the second part would be, because I'm new to the Mac game, and haven't started to look at coding, but the first part should be pretty simple, right?
Apple interface should relect the OS and clean lines. Try to keep away from a messy and busy front end. my 2 cents. In fact, why even bother with a interface when you can just enlarge the dock.
Dock is great...I'm more worried about hitting tiny iTunes buttons while driving 80mph in traffic.Originally Posted by Hyperjoe

how do i make my own skin? I have friends that can do this in windows, but not OS X
I know you said the buttons aren't all done, but (and I'm not familiar with MMC, so this might be a stupid question): are you planning to add WiFi, bluetooth, GPS, Sherlock, ipod connectivity, am/fm, etc? Basically configuring it to, with added accessories, do everything you need in the car electronicly? Thanks.Originally Posted by HybridMike
p.s. love the think twice design.
Basically, iMeedia uses a very simple XML style skinning system. It will be very easy to skin and bring a lot of flexibility.
Yes, we will be adding many features to iMeedia. Pretty much everything you would like to do in your car will be there...
Take care
