    Bluetooth<->Serial Dongle

    I was wondering if anyone had tried one of these little gizmos (or a similar device) with a Mac? They seem like they might be handy.

    What would you use it for? I don't think it's a host device. If they weren't so pricey, I'd get one just to make a wireless character LCD display(toy).

    why ????

    USB dongle are cheap cheap !!!!!!!

    (edit) oh, I see now, it transmit/recieves over bluetooth and then connect a serial device etc ...

    That would come in handy on the lighted mini keyboards. The keyboards are serial/ps2, so that would make them mini, lighted, AND wireless. Something that is not currently available...
