I agree. I would rather just use the dock at the bottom. Simple one click starts an application. You can adjust the dock size to be easily large enough to be usable.

    First: Thanks DarquePervert. Spot on!

We really are open to all the criticism you can give us. We're not a faceless company or big mega corporation, we're 2 guys who did this for ourselves and decided to put it out there for everyone. Yes, we're asking money for it, but why not? It's not like we're asking for a fortune and we did spend a LOT of time on this application, as crappy as you might think it is.

Please give us constructive criticism, tell us ways we can improve and better meet your needs, tell us what would make you pay $25 for our work. Version 1.1 is already being developed implementing some of the stuff we've received feedback about (and some of it is good!!)

This is not some application we're just worried about selling, this is an application that Fabio and I are using on our stuff!!

Another note, this applications was ONLY tested on 10.3. All my computers (all 2 of them + my office Mac!) have 10.3. The same applies to Fabio I believe, so we have no idea if this would work on 10.2 or below... by some complaints, apparently not. We don't plan on spending time to make it work on pre 10.3 OS's either so to those who can't get it to work either upgrade your OS or don't buy it. Sorry.

Haha! Weinstein! Sorry for laughing at your family's name but have you seen the family guy episode called wish upon a Weinstein? It's probably not as funny for you but man did I laugh.

And once I get a Mac I'll more then likely buy it as long as it continues to improve (won't have money for my truckputer for another two months or so :/).

DON'T HAVE FAMILY GUY!!! Oh god, I think I just passed out. I'll have to get you a weblink to download it. I'll PM you, you HAVE to see Family Guy. I'll post the link tonight, just beware it's a slightly offensive show. Partialy why it came off the air, but it's coming back in May!!

The fact that it was developed in 4D is going to add some over head when you get to the point of wanting to add integrated and powerful features. You would be better off with Real Basic even over 4D IMHO.

At this point it is just a fancy looking application launcher. You will also need to rethink your approach if you want it to be skinnable...

Thanks for posting screenshots. I'm a PC user, but looking into getting a MacMini for a CarPC. Hopefully mac car applications will catch up to PC ones in the near future because of the MacMini. Has anyone successfully implemented one into their car? I guess I should look around a bit in the forums before I ask that. Thanks :-)

I'm sorry, but no one is going to pay $25 for an application launcher.

I agree with Frodo, you look at all the front ends for the pc, and all the features...and guess what no one is charging for a well developed application. Look at quino, he makes updates on a regular basis and does not charge.
So I dont think its gonna fly with the mac unless your the only ones that have a front end and people are hard up.
