BTW, I e-mailed TomTom with the porting suggestion. I would invite others to do the same.
I Also did, a few weeks ago, but never got an answer. But if we all do, they may wake up

I asked this before but i will ask again now. With VirtualPC 7 and the speed of the mini, why can we just you immulation for iGuidance? Is thi mini not fast enough? I can't imagine the iGuidance software takes that much speed, if you look at the specs

Virtual PC 7 is annoyingly slow on a dual 2.0 GHz G5 tower. When I start it up at work, the Windows "welcome" song gets all broken up like it's really struggling hard to play the sound. Stuff works, but it's s-l-o-w.

There's ways to tweak VPC, and iGuidance may work (I know nothing of the software), but generally speaking, it's much slower than you might expect.

Something is wrong with your computer settings, because even on my 667 G4 powerbook I don't have that problem. My Dual G4 1.2 Gig runs VPC 7 just fine, fast start up, nice song, etc. Anyway i have seen iguidance work on PPC platform so I can't imagine a G4 mini couldn't handle it in emulation mode?

Meh... I think I'll look into it then. I wonder if it's a G5 issue, or... something else.
