How many of you are waiting for the CNX-P1900???

I'm loosing my mind waiting for that DC-DC regulator. My whole project of puting my mini in my Jeep is just on hold until I can get my hands on one. So, I'm just curious how many of you are just waiting for the CNX-P1900 to complete your macputer?

I got bored of waiting after about 2 days. Got a Opus 90W instead, along with a 12 -> 18v converter. See the link in my sig to power the Mac mini from 12v. I've just put another hard drive type plug on the 12v end of the converter and connected it to the opus. Works quite well.

I've been planning on that P1900 too. Although I'm not in a rush for it; I'm waiting until Tiger is released before I get my Mac mini.

I'm waiting too! Bought an invertor on Saturday but it didn't work so I took it back and am still waiting. I need to make the front end more touch screen friendly and get all my music on it while it's still set up in the house anyway. Trying hard to be patient. Please hurry up though. I really want to try the GPS out on the road.

How are people closing an open application with the touch screen? That little red button is so small

Sorry guys. Getting a product into production is like having a baby (I guess..). We're working hard to get them finished. As ZipLock says, pending any new delays, they should be available by the end of April.

I have tested the final version with my Mac mini. It works great! We've even come up with a lower power way to keep the Mac in sleep mode. The current drain is about 90mA, which should be OK for most installs.

Hang in there. It's being built now and should work great with your mini! Sorry again for the delays.
