Can't wait for the video part...I have about 50 DVD's that I have ripped to MP4 and are ready to rock and roll.
They play fine, but navigation through a folder on the touch screen is a pain in the ARSE.

Going strong with v.06! I am currently moving my music archive onto the mini... 16 gigs. I already put the music vids and movies (20 gigs roughly), cant wait to use em!

Ditto... Also, I noticed that not all of my mp3's are there to be played... I am quite sure that some of the ones that are working were ripped using the same prog/settings that some that won't work were ripped with.Originally Posted by raceer

Thanks for the screen shot, I now know what you are talking about. I thought the ticket refered to the Now Playing not being present on the now playing screen.Ditto... Anyway I am probably not going to be able to get a new build out till the weekend. I have to tackle the back end now, this may take a while. ughhh wheres my coffee pot.

Benjamin is it feasible to integrate radioShark interface/control in your front end ?
Another hair brained scheme...been testing this without external antenna in these parts (fm only for now) and it works really well..so can realistically ditch the head unit now if I can drive it...
The new design structure makes a lot more sense btw. Keep up the great work !!
Just another thought...
Once you have the basic system working with new 'backend' and when you integrate (if possible) components like the shark....
I would be happy to chip in to cover some of your hardware costs...any others think this is feasible or a good idea ? Perhaps via a paypal account you can setup if you don't have one already ?

Pretty sure it can work. If you can find any gpl projects that use that let me know it would make it much easier on me if i didn't have to start from scratch.
I should have a release Monday night. I'm not going to tell you what goes to be included this time around because I don't know how much I am goign to be able to do in these three 3 days. :P
