I mean NO disrespect but I would be willing to put up some $$ to get you one. I'm sure a few others might like to chip in too ?
If not, I will send you my unit or let me know cost from apple store closest to you (shipping will be free and u will prob have it in a day) :-)
Btw. I am entitled to a edu discount....but not overseas I think..
Let us know (either via here of PM) if this makes sense, is ok, or it will not fly ....
thanks again

all I really did for touch screen is made invisible buttons over the moduals, then I had the buttons go to the activated view. I wasn't extreemly far on it because there isn't alot to do without the hardware, but maby some more progress can be made with this new version.
PS. can you post a list of all the hardware you are currently using and where you bought it or how u made it?
Also can you post a compiled version so I dont have to build all the moduals to start playing around with it? I built them all but the internet moduals won't work at all.
yea same. Tried building from source and running the binary as-is on 10.3.9 and 10.4.2, nothin.
this happened to me as well untill i placed moudals in the folder 1 at a time. I found the problem was with systemmenu just run it without it and it will work fine but I still cant get the internet stuff to work
Yes, there is a bug in the System menu. It does not properly create its default setup dictionary - easy to fix - have a look at the contents of dictionary moduleSetup in the initWithSetup and then at what is expected to be there in -setupReadSettings ;-)
Fixed Sysmenu.m file is attached.
OK, I downloaded the software for RadioShark and looked at it. It is definitely not scriptable. BUT - it is written in Cocoa and should therefore be quite easy to hack. I just need to find a way of smuggling a bundle/plug-in into it.Originally Posted by raceer
The unit or the price are not a problem. If you think the RadioShark is good enough for in-car use, I can grab one from AppleStore in London when I am over there and try to make a module for it.
umm could you guide me through compiling it with xcode?
ive never used it before
i try to open the mainapp folder in xcode i get this error:
Couldn't open /Users/simon/Desktop/car mp3 stuff/TatraApp-2005-07-24/MainApp/TatraApp.xcode.

iPad 3G 64GB, RF 600.5 amp, JL10W0V2, 8 Infinity Components
that new file still wont fix it. I recompiled and same thing, all empty-slots but there is nothing in the title box that sais empty either. I then took toe modual out and it ran just fine. I still cant seem to get the internet stuff though.
