I just found this thread.
I just found this thread.
I have an LED 2008 Lilliput eby701. Any of the configurations on this thread work, but the display sees it as 640x480, even though it fits the screen.
It works fine, but I'm wondering if the resolution would look better if the display recognized it as native 800x480
If anyone else has this same screen, let me know what resolution your display shows when you hit menu.
I use DisplayConfigX and it reads 800x480. Are you sure you didn't make any typos when configuring DisplayConfigX? It won't work quite right unless you have the registered version of it I"ve found.
What settings are you using?
The ones on this page. Here.
i think when you hit info on the screen it shows 640x480. it does that on mine too and some times looks distorted for some apps that use 800x480. though they fill the screen; the lilli recognizes the "timing" as 640x480 and not 800X480
That's seems dumb, I wonder if it affects the quality or performance of the display.
I don't have the same display as you have (I've got a Lilliput EBY701), but mine shows up as 800x480 after I configured DisplayConfigX like in the link I posted. Perhaps it's because of the different display models?
i have a 629 and when i use displayconfigx the mac mini reads 800x480 and fills the screen but if you hit info on the lilli it shows 640x480. though programs that use 800x480 natively, like ice3 and amp, run fine full screen. i dot know if it is a hardware compatibility issue or just wrong settings i would love for this issue to be resolved! (if it really is an issue)
