What size are you looking at?

My 7" Lilli is about a 1/4" too tall for my 1 1/2 DIN (damn Ford) slot and about 3/4" too narrow.

You should go check over in the LCD forum. As long as it supports standard resolutions, the LCD should work with your Mac. The trick may be the touch screen itself, but I would suggest finding a screen that meets your need and then look into potential touch screen issues.

Heigth-wise, yes. Width-wise, no. That's what I got to put in my Escape. They do have drawings of the chasis on their website with all the measurements. I still managed to miss the width issue even though I measured 4 different time Just means I need to do a bit more custom work than I thought

I will say they do great work though.
