I have a mac mini intel core duo and i just connected my lilliput eby701 and installed the software/drivers. After the reboot the touch still wasnt working (display is fine). I tried to install the monitor and usb on my windows pc and it worked fine.
anyone else with this similar setup have any problems? im guessing its a driver conflict with the newer intel chips.
I cant find ANYTHING on these forums about the eby701 and intel macs.
I posted a simliar thread under LCDs/Displays section but noone responded so im hoping my fellow mac users will have some insight into this dilemma of mine. thanks!

Well, the touchkit for OS X really sucks. It took me about one hour to get it finally working a Mac mini (Intel) and when I installed the same screen and the same computer into car (the same items, not just same type), touch screen does not work any more.
Interestingly, the screen does appear to respond to touch when I try to calibrate, but after that, the computer just seems to ignore it. It does not emulate the mouse, it does not do anything in the "drawing test" in TouchKit application, simply nothing :-( This is definitely not something I can afford to ship to a customer!
i will admit it was frustrating that the drivers supplied with the screen did not support the intel mac chips. But thanks to kandyman676 and his helpful link i was able to install the proper (INTEL) drivers.
The installation process was the same and i could not be happier with the results. Jirka you may have gotten a bad egg. I am 100% satisfied with my eby701 lilliput screen despite my driver fiasco!
Hi I am having the same problem I just bought a lilliput touchscreen 619gl-70np/c/t and have a mini mac intel solo running os x 10.4.5, and cant seem to get the blasted thing to sync with my monitor went to the link installed which automatically reset computer but still touchscreen not working what am I doing wrong? Do I need to do anything else after setup and installing in my computer HD?![]()
Ignore me it works just forgot to plug the USB adapter from my lilliput to my minimac![]()
I am on leopard and I'm using that 1.15.7029 driver for intel macs. I've had this EBY701 working with that configuration but the functionality seems to stop or start with reboots or sleeps, but is hardly reliable on either event. Any advice?
Looks like the page above changed slightly, this link will work:

No update on these since 2007.
Looks like there are newer drivers at that link than the last post suggests.
The version there now is 1.16.9106 and is dated 2009/8/31.
Is anyone using this version with Snow Leopard and can report if everything is working correctly?
I'd love to know, so I can decide if a Lilliput EBY701 is what I will by for my Mac mini!
