Thread: Frontend 1.1.2 - Info Bar Up Top

Hi Guys..

Just been playing around with destinator on my laptop (With bu303), and i actually used it for a 3 hour trip to really evaluate it totally.

Anyways, I've found a few things, which i believe is possibly a fault/bug with the INFOBAR (where it displays current streetname, Distance, Estimated Time left, and Time of Arrival and then 3 arrows on the right hand side).

The problem is, the Distance to destination stays the same, and the estimated time left stays the same, and obviously the Time of Arrival Increments every 1 minute (with the systems time)..

HOWEVER, down the bottom of the screen, it has "Long. Lat, Distance, Speed, and estimated time... All those details are correct..

In saying that, when i changed roads.. the info bar up the top changes..

But it remains somewhat static until you change roads again.. sure on city driving where your changing roads every minute, it should be fine, but when your doing a long trip, and you could be on any given Highway for over an hour, it seems a little misleading..

In my opinion, it should display the correct "Distance to destination" Which updates itself every second, like the alternating bar on the bottom of the screen.. And obvious Time of arrival / time to desination to be updated the same..

Has anyone else noticed this ? Because, at the moment, i've just disabled the infobar, as its useless information to make more MAP room..
